Transaction Type Definition: Business systems perform using well-defined transactions, e.g. equity buy in an asset management corporation. Any type of transaction that requires to be entered into accounting can be defined with required properties.
Transaction Property Definition: Business transactions are recorded with pre-defined properties. These properties can be very different in different countries and usage can be different by any institution, e.g. client account id and security id may be mandatory in some countries but optional in others and institutions may opt including them in their accounting system or not .
